The property was immaculately clean and very cosy and comfortable. Its slightly dated in parts, particularly the master bedroom which was a bit dark. We were surprised to discover we had to provide our own toilet paper never experienced this before and were declined when we asked for some. Overall a nice clean comfortable property we enjoyed our stay.

This property was like a home from home. The owners had thought of everything. Amazingly well equipped, beautiful home. The owners even made us a chocolate cake for our arrival. The hot tub was an added bonus with incredible views. And my son loved the large pool tableair hockey. Excellent base for exploring the rest of Cornwall, as well as stunning beaches within 15 mins drive. Would not hesitate in recommending brookfields. We hope to be back.

Brookfield is definitely a place to visit more than once. The accommodation is great for a family and the bedrooms are very comfortable, especially the super king bed! The cooking facilities were excellent with every possible pot, pan, plate, and dish you could ask for. The cooker was also easy to navigate! The freezer was a good size and although the fridge seemed to struggle to get down to a cold temperature over the first 24 hours after that, it was fine. The log burner with the massive basket of logs was fantastic for making the evenings cosy during our October break. We were also fortunate enough to have the weather suitable for a dip in the hot tub, which was absolutely wonderful with the views looking over the rolling hills down to the coast and sea. The owner has really thought out everything that you would need for a stay including lots of extra towels for dips in the hot tub and a conveniently located shower to use before your hot tub relaxation session! Finally, there was the added bonus of a pint of milk and an absolutely sumptuous chocolate cake! The cake was absolutely marvellous and enjoyed by all!

We had a wonderful time. All the comforts of home, very clean and well maintained. Hot tub was great, loved the wood burner. Very spacious especially the bathroom. Very good location for exploring Cornwall and Devon. The Wainhouse Inn a cross the way produced lovely food and very friendly staff and locals. We would definitely go back.

Brookfields is one of the best self catering properties we have ever stayed at. The games room was loved by our kids and it was great to have a smart TV in there. The sofas were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Loved the fact that teacoffee milk and chocolate cake were left for us to use. The kids really enjoyed picking the tomatoes from the greenhouse , that was a really lovely touch. The bed in the master bedroom was a bit firm for me but the other beds were great. It was lovely and quiet here and having a shop and pub very near was very convenient. We would definitely book again.

An amazing place cottage veiws from balcony were beautiful seeing all the cows and sheep enjoyed the whole week here highly recommended this place very clean and tidy and the pub across the road food and staff were amazing to . Cornwall is a beautiful place.

This is a lovely spacious and comfortable bungalow. The rooms are large and well laid out with all that you need included. The bathroom is great but the additional wetroomWC was a very convenient option too. There are great views from the kitchen making it a great, bright and airey space and these views are the same from the dexking and hot tub. Very relaxing. Easy location for getting to lots of places but still quiet and a good pub just across the main road which is only a couple of minutes walk. Love to go back soon.

Brookfield was a lovely property, impeccably clean, roomy, comfortable and had great amenities such as the excellent games room and the jacuzzi. The only two things we missed were a tumble dry acknowledging that this was clear in the property pack with an offer that the owners would dry stuff for you if necessary and some steak knives the knives provided are not really suitable for steak, small points but worthy of consideration. We would not hesitate to have a return visit in the future.

Nice, well equipped and spacious bungalow with great hot tub and games room. Has everything you need for your holiday including spare body boards and buckets and spades. Short walk to local pub selling good pub grub. Short drive to Bude and beautiful scenery of sw coast path.

We have a varied and extensive experience of UK holiday accommodation and we would highly recommend Brookfield. The cleanliness was outstanding, the facilities were marvelous with the games room and the hot tub. Added to that the view from the kitchen window was gorgeous. The owners left us scones and cream and they were very quick to reply to messages and very approachable. We will be staying again!

A very comfortable and well equipped bungalow in sight of the sea well positioned for Widemouth Bay and Bude, Boscastle and Tintagel. Pretty garden with farm land to the back. The very few issues we faced were very promptly resolved. For three adults and two older teenagers, an excellent base
