Wonderful house, spotlessly clean, outside area was lovely to sit out in the evening, hot tub was brilliant. Everything you could possibly need was there for you. We all had the best holiday.

Had absolutely everything we needed. Only thing I would suggest is possibly an air fryer as it took us all a while to get all of our food cooked. Other than that i couldnt fault a thing. It was clean, comfortable and the perfect stay

Devon House was fantastic we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The little touches of the Christmas decorations and the scones were lovely. Probably the best equipped holiday home we have ever stayed in. Only small point if being critical is the kitchen chairs which a number of the party stubbed their toes on.

Our only concern was around the dining chairs. A number of us tripped over the legs. Other than this, the property was excellent. Loads of space, but also very inclusive. Would recommend

Very spacious, clean and well equipped 5 bed property with all modern amenities. Plenty of parking and storage space with a lot a nice touches just in case you forget something. Couple of local supermarkets and larger supermarkets and fuel within 15mins. We really enjoyed the garden in a sunny week in July as it is a sun trap for morning and evening alike to enjoy the hot tub and barbecues. Minor thing for us but some element of shade may be useful for those not keen on too much sunshine. Thanks for a great holiday. Will definitely consider again in the future

We had a wonderful stay in Devon House, the house itself is beautiful, clean and spacious with the added bonus of a fun games room and hot tub! Our kids were barely out of it. The beds were extremely comfortable too and the owner Vicky was so helpful, offering to take in our supermarket delivery and answering queries quickly. Bradworthy is a lovely little village with a pub nice food and very friendly and some useful shops. Location of the property is great too with lots of stuff to see and do within a drive of 20 mins or so. We'd definitely recommend it. My only suggestion would be more chopping boards might be useful as we only found one and didn't like to chop directly on the lovely kitchen surfaces!

We loved our stay at Devon House. Excellent facilities and wonderfully decorated for Christmas. We loved the hot tub and the games room and the proximity to lots of fun places such as Bude, Clovelly and Lake Tamar.

We really enjoyed the house, it was perfect for what we wanted which was a nice, fun, chill weekend away! Would definitely book again, would recommend!
