We recently stayed at Thyme Cottage for our mini moon and honestly, it was just what we needed. The peaceful setting, surrounded by nature, made it perfect for unwinding. Waking up to birds singing and relaxing in the hot tub was such a treat! The cottage itself is well-equipped and super comfy, with thoughtful touches like bathrobes and towels for the hot tub, plus a welcoming cream tea and dog treats. Our dog loved exploring the nearby fields. The owners are lovely and friendlyand the animals around add to the charm. Definitely a great spot if you're after total peace and quiet!

We had such a lovely stay here! The peaceful atmosphere was a real change from busy London. We enjoyed visiting places like Bude, Clovelly, Croyde (which brought back childhood memories!), Hartland Quay, Barnstapleand Appledore. The food was great too-The Royal George in Appledore was definitely our favourite, with fantastic cuisine and views. Sheena and Rod were wonderful hostsand the welcoming cream teas and doggy treats made us feel right at home. We'd definitely come back!
