Cherrytrees, Rock

We have stayed in many holiday rentals in Rock and this property is by far the best we have experienced. The location is perfect if you have a young family and the owners have thought of everything. The property is maintained to a very high spec. Everything you could possibly imagine needing is catered for. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic time at Cherrytrees. We felt like we had hit the jackpot when we saw the house online...but staying there in person was something else! The beds were comfy, the hot tub was great, and the beds were super comfy. The kitchen was well kitted out for a a party of our size. We have already spoken about returning to Cherrytrees for another visit. Thank you for having us!

Immaculate extremely well equipped house in a great quiet location with ample parking

Beautiful house, well maintained and everything provided couple of things missing that were stated as being provided that we needed to buy. The hot tub was not working on the first night, I contacted agent in the morning and it was fixed by the afternoon which was great, but we did lose one of the 3 nights using it, especially when you paid extra. Overall we had a great time in a beautiful house.

Cherrytrees is an excellent property in which we have enjoyed many family holidays. We all simply love it. They have thought of everything and it is a wonderful place to stay. A true home from home. Sadly for us, we have outgrown the fourth bedroom as our children are now older. Will definitely be back when party size allows!

Fabulous to be back at Cherrytrees for the second year in a row. Really enjoyed the stay, love the location and the peace it affords. The week passed too quickly. One bit of feedback, not enough loo roll!

An exceptional property with great attention to detail. It was extremely well equipped and included everything to make the week long stay a memorable experience celebrating our son's 40th birthday with family. There were nice touches such as a Welcome Pack and flowers on arrival. The hot tub and games room were great the former was especially popular with all of us including our three young grand daughters. The gardens and outside lighting were also of a high standard and added to the experience as did the availability of private parking for three or more vehicles. Probably the most comfortable holiday home that we have stayed in and we have stayed in more expensive similar properties before. The only issue was the relatively cool temperature of the two middle bedrooms that might have benefitted from a simple bleeding of the radiators! In conclusion we will seriously consider a return visit to Cherry Trees.

This was a wonderful house! We loved our stay. Brilliant location and the house had everything we needed. We would love to come back!

Wonderfully comfortable house with all needs catered for. Lovely big garden for the grandchildren and perfect location for Rock beach and shops.

A really lovely house situated in Rock, fully equipped, lots of space for my family of 7 to enjoy. Welcome pack and lovely flowers waiting on arrival, a nice touch, thank you! Lovely location, very peaceful and the gardens are superb. I paid to have use of the hot tub for the week which everyone enjoyed. Looking forward to staying here again in the future, fingers crossed!

Lovely holiday home that was perfect for the family and grandchildren. Quiet location and large private garden. Beautifully furnished and well equipped.Staff at John Bray were very helpful in getting a few small requests sorted out during our stay.

Excellent property. It might be better if hot tub is kept up and running on day of arrival as that's what we need after a long drive. EV charger just 4min down the road. Takes 4hrs to charge.

Cherrytrees was the loveliest, bestequipped home we've stayed in in Cornwall. Absolutely perfect. Even more gorgeous than the photos suggest. The hot tub was a big hit!

Cherrytrees is a wonderful property in a great location. The house has everything you could want for a relaxing comfortable stay. It is one of the best properties we have stayed in and the owners deserve credit for the refurbishment and thank them for sharing their property. There was however one issue we encountered and would like to feedback to the owners as the only negative during our week stay. Around and under the sofa area of the kitchen were three butt ends of roll ups, a plaster and lots of food crumbs. This was discovered when our 18 month old baby picked one from the floor and typically put it in her mouth. I can only assume those persons prior to our attendance were responsible as I just cannot believe that this could or should have been missed. The rest of the house, bedding and bath towels were clean and in good order and after this initial issue our stay was very enjoyable. I would note it is not clear from the documentation how much responsibility is put on the previous tenants to clean, what level, particularly during these COVID times and if the property is inspected again prior to the next occupants, therefore we made use of the cleaning services at an additional cost of 40 to spare anyone the cleanliness issue we encountered. Whilst down there a visit was made to the John Bray office to report the cleaning issues that we encountered and was advised that our comments would be passed on.
