We had such an amazing week! !! The property was perfect in every way, great pool and hot tub and a wonderful wet room. The owners were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the welcome food and drink.

This really is a gem of a place to stay. Our holiday started disastrously with our car breaking down in the back lanes of Cornwall. Our hosts were so kind and concerned, helping us to sort out recovery services, a garage for repair, car hire and so on. They really did save our holiday and we are so grateful. The accommodation is so comfortable and fitted out with everything that you might need. Our hosts know the area so well including the pubs and restaurants. A bad start turned into a great holiday. We arrived early which was no problem. Wonderful welcome with added treats of freahly baked scones. Accommodation was excellent, clean, well equipped with everything you need. We stayed for a ling weekend but could have stayed longer. The swimming pool, hot tub, games room was available 247 which was perfect. Had a superb week at the dog friendly Chapel Green Studio 2 The hosts were really accommodating and helpful whenever we had a query. The jacuzzi was a go to after long days out. A well equipped games room and even managed to get a couple of February BBQ's in on the one provided. Good location for exploring Cornwall and it's lovely beaches. Polgooth Inn easy walking distance and quality food. Recommend booking as it clearly has a good reputation

We had a wonderful stay at Chapel Green Studio 2. It was perfect for 2 adults, 2 young children and 2 very chilled Huskies. We had everything we needed at the studio and the surrounding views were stunning. It was all your home comforts in one. Its not really a criticism because white noise on YouTube definitely helped but we could hear movement from the above studio but only in the evenings. Just people walking around it didnt disturb us too much but we were in bed early otherwise it wasnt a huge issue. Overall a wonderful stay seeing Cornwall we had such a busy week and everyone made us feel welcome. Thank you again for having us.

It was particularly important for us for the property to be accessible. Our daughter could access all areas of the accommodation with her wheelchair and her walking frame. Furthermore, there was a shower chair in the wet room and the owner also offered us a bedside, which we did not need. Access to the property was essentially in a car. The inclines would not have been wheelchair or mobility scooter friendly, so any trips to the village needed to be by car, which was not a problem. The welcome pack of home made scones, clotted cream, jam, milk and eggs was a lovely touch. The games room provided entertainment away from screens during the rainy weather that is to be expected in Cornwall. We enjoyed using the hot tub, but found the swimming pool a little cool for the time of year. Overall, it was a most enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Wow what a place. From the moment we got there and were greeted by Julia to the minute we left and we're seen off by Julia, we enjoyed every single moment. The accommodation is fantastic, very comfortable, a great little welcome package with scones freshly made and milk eggs etc, the little things that make the difference. The facilities kept us very much entertained, pool table, air hockey darts etc combined with a swimming pool and hot tub after a ten hour journey was very needed was out of this world. Id recommended this to anybody wanting to stay in this area of the country. A fantastic stay and a fantastic place.

Lovely stay at chapel green studio 2 hosts were wonderful and we had lovely cream tea and bottle of wine to welcome us plus staples such as milk and bread. Studio was immaculate and bed was comfortable everything we needed to hand. Pool and hot tub were amazing would definitely go back again.

I came to this lovely accommodation for my 25th birthday this year . I have no bad words about it . Everything was clean and up to the standards. I would highly recommend this place to others of any age. The owners themselves are lovely and willing to help anyway possible. On arrival there was fresh milk cream and 4 lovely scones what went down a treat and a bottle of pop to finish it . I will definitely be returning to this accommodation again in the for future.

We have just got home from a most wonderful Family holiday as we booked all 3 cottages. to accommodate the Family of 16, 4 generations Ranging from 81 years old to 7 months old. Plenty of space for the adults and children to play. The accommodation was spotless Wellmaintained Garden for the children to roll about. Pool and hot tub were great for holiday fun as the children love to be in the pool. Which was nice and warm Somewhere to relax after a day out. Hosts, David & Julia were most welcoming and nice surprise of Scones Clotted cream & Jam Cornish way of course Milk, Eggs and Prosecco. We hope to return.

This was our first time booking a cottage, and we were not disappointed, We were met on arrival and shown around the property. There was a lovely welcome pack of scones, cream and jam, eggs, milk and a bottle of Prosecco. The property was immaculate, comfortable and beautifully furnished. Sky tv and WiFi on hand. This was a dog friendly property and the owners made us all feel extremely welcome, the grounds were a lovely bonus and Julia informed us of local dog walks in the area. The swimming pool and hot tub and games and fitness area rounded off the superb accommodation. A great location to travel to local beaches, and the local pub recommendedand shop are a short walk away. David and Julia had thought of everything to make our stay a great one.

This property is one of the most beautiful we have stayed in, in a stunning location with gorgeous gardens. The studio is very well equipped and so comfortable, a home from home, with the added bonus of a swimming pool hot tub and games room on site, 2 weeks was too short! 5 from all of us.

In 10 plus years of renting holiday cottages this is by far the best cottage we have ever stayed in, You could not ask for anything better, Polgooth is a great location to go places. we had a fab meal in the old local pub as well. Apart from the lovely modern, clean and comfortable, light and airy two bed studio which we had. The views and gardens are beautiful to look out or sit out. The games room with a pool table which doubles to an ice puck game and there is a dart board, hot tub and exercise bike is a real bonus as well. we are in our 70s. we had a very special week holiday, enjoyed it so much. I have never been in a place that have ticked all my boxes, this place was the cleanest , comfiest and has every single households that needed. The owners were so kind, respectful and friendly I felt I am among people I knew them for so long, I felt I am home in great location.

A truly fantastic stay in Chapel Green Studio 2! The hosts were really friendly who came to meet us upon arrival and show us around. Having the access to the pool and games room kept my children happy during our wet days. The hosts thought of everything in terms of things available. They even included dishwasher tablets. The fresh scones with cream and jam was a lovely touch too! The cottage is beautiful, clean and spacious. We were a family of 4, plus our puppy and we had plenty of room. Sky TV was a nice bonus too. We can't wait to come back and stay for longer. Thanks again for any amazing break.

Chapel Green is a fabulous place and Julia is the most welcoming host. The cottage was perfect for our needs, my husband is in a wheelchair, however, there is a steep hill to the property so a manual chair would be out of the question for exploring the area. The cottage was clean, comfortable and peaceful and had everything you wanted for a home from home stay. The cottage is well placed for exploring, with good beaches only a short drive away. The additional amenities of the pool and games room really do make this a great place to stay. I highly recommend visiting The Polgooth Inn, the food is lovely and the staff are really friendly.
